The second estate, Thika Greens Golf Estate, will offer 800 residential plots set in a landscaped environment in which the central feature is an 18 hole championship golf course. The development also includes 300 apartments, 2 hotels, a mall and an office park.
The third estate will deliver about 1,500 homes in a landscaped setting that is designed to bring out the natural features of the property to result in a secure community lifestyle estate.
