An audit of property, environment, health & safety, building codes & municipal (local authority) by-laws and statutory requirements and other areas of compliance was undertaken on all the Laptrust Defined Benefits (LDB) scheme’s properties in Kenya.

Local Authorities Pension (LAP) Trust Retirement Scheme is a Defined Benefits Scheme sponsored by the Local Authorities, Associated Organizations & reciprocating bodies for the benefit of the members & their eligible dependents as per the Scheme Rules.
