PSRM Consultants is an independent professional Project Management practice specializing in the development and maintenance of adequate systems for procurement planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation to the required standards and specifications of multi-disciplinary projects. The practice which is based in Nairobi, Kenya has considerable experience in handling a wide range of large and small projects for the government, public, donors, aid agencies, and non-governmental organizations, commercial and private clients.

PSRM assists stakeholders in identification, planning, capital design and construction programs in understanding how project teams are selected, procured/contracted, and coordinated for successful project delivery. PSRM in addition undertakes projects/procurement reviews/audits be they prior, mid-term or post to establish status and recommend mitigating measures.

Aims of the Practice
  • To assimilate the clients requirements as well as understand the social-economic and cultural environment in which those requirements were generated.
  • To create an enabling mechanism between client and all consultants where the respective skills and resources can be harnessed for the successful completion of the project.
  • To foresee or predict as many dangers and problems as possible; and to plan, organize and control activities so that the project is completed as successfully as possible in spite of all the risks.
  • To help in influencing the factors that could circumvent integrated change control so only approved changes are implemented.
  • To ensure efficient project and fiscal management of the project in a way that maintains the clients’ resource objectives.
